IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST VISIT:

Tub 1 & 2, Tub 3 & 4 and Tub 5 & 6 are pairs of tubs, and can accommodate 2 dogs in a single appointment time. Tub 7 is a single tub, and unless washing 2 small, short-haired dogs such as chihuahuas or beagles, cannot accommodate more than one dog in a single appointment time. Please contact Scrubby Puppy if you have any questions about booking multiple dogs in the same time slot.

Please read the Self-Wash Suggestions page before scheduling. Bathing a dog properly can be a more time-consuming process than you expect, so we strongly recommend that if you have a larger, hairier, or exuberant doggie, book a 90 minute appointment for your first visit.

60 MINUTE APPTS:

• Good for short haired dogs under 90lbs and small dogs
• You must be done within 60 minutes of the appointment time. You must be confident that you can finish within 60 minutes.
• Time limit is strictly enforced, especially on weekends

90 MINUTE APPTS:

• Long haired dogs (even if it’s not very big), or a thicker, shaggier dog — huskys, german shepherds, chows, golden retrievers, any doodle
• We strongly urge first time visitors with the above breeds to book a 90 Minute appointment. (We’d hate to have a new customer feel rushed, or worse, run out of time before completing the bathing and drying to their satisfaction)

**PLEASE DO NOT NO-SHOW A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT**

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 2-3 hours in advance so that we can open the spot up to other customers who may wish to come in at that time. As a business that relies on customers showing up for their scheduled appointments, late cancels or no-showed appointments are difficult to absorb, and customers who are unable to provide advance notice of their inability to arrive will be unable to utilize the reservation portal in the future.
